Paula Wallace CDA, EFDA Both my husband and I moved out to Oregon in the mid 1970's from the mid-west. I started my first dental job in 1977. After working as a dental assistant for 7 years, I challenged the Dental Assistant National Board and received my CDA certificate. Then I continued my education and received my radiology certificate, took the basic exam and my EFDA from Portland Community College. I still enjoy dentistry as much today as I did back in the early years. It is a profession that is constantly changing.
We have two children and enjoy spending time with my family. Other hobbies include gardening, reading and quilting.
Benjamin Sandvick, RDH I have been a dental hygienist since 2002, and have worked with Dr. Dose since 2014. My favorite part of being a dental hygienist is working with patients and enjoy educating patients about their dental health, especially children. Helping kids to start a lifetime of good habits is very rewarding.
When I am not working, I am raising my two daughters, Audrey and Anna, with my wife Katie. I have spent my life in Oregon with the exception of my time in the Navy, when I was stationed in Chicago, San Diego, and on a ship in the Middle East.
Some of my hobbies include being outdoors, hiking, fishing and enjoying nature.
